Topographical Surveys

We offer high quality Topographical Maps tailored to fit the diverse needs of clientele.  Whether the need be for a Topographical Map of large acreages performed by Aerial Photogrammetry or individual Site Plans required for Building Permits, we have the technology and resources to complete any request.

ALTA Surveys

We offer ALTA Surveys, ( American Land Title Association) required by a Title Company and/or Lender with the survey and location data needed for the issuing of title or mortgage insurance. Our attention to detail and quality of work performed ensures a higher level of service.

Parcel Maps/Subdivisions

Whether you are looking to Subdivide a large piece of land for development or require a simple Parcel Map,  we work with you on all of the requirements and determine the best approach to take. We have a great working relationship with the county and work directly with County Officials to see your plans become realities.

Boundary Surveys

Knowing actual property lines gives peace of mind and helps eliminate the possibility of a misunderstanding with other property owners. We recommend a Boundary Survey with the purchase of property or any time property lines may be in dispute.  Only a Licensed Land Surveyor can perform a Boundary Survey that delineates actual property lines, 

Lot Line Adjustment

Sometimes it is necessary to adjust a property boundary. We work with all parties involved in the process and complete all of the work required by the county.

Elevation Certificates/LOMA (Letter of map amendment)

We perform Elevation Certificates commonly used for flood insurance purposes.

Flood Studies

We have extensive experience performing Flood Surveys and use advanced software (HEC-RAS) to determine Base Flood Elevations for construction, insurance and governmental purposes.

Quality Control/Inspection Services

Caltrans has recently begun requiring Pre/Post Construction Surveys for certain aspects of roadwork.  We have been working closely with Caltrans and contractors to provide the necessary surveys and documentation.
